Delivery and returns

We're not selling yet. This is how it will work once we open.

Delivery

We deliver within the UK, and the delivery cost is included in the price shown.

Changing your mind

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your machine, without giving a reason. Tell us you're cancelling, then send it back within 14 days of telling us.

We'll refund what you paid, including the original delivery, within 14 days of getting the machine back or of you showing us proof you've sent it. You pay the cost of sending it back. If it has been handled beyond what you'd need to check it works, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.

If something's wrong with it

Your legal rights apply to everything we sell, including used and repaired machines. If yours is faulty or isn't as described, please get in touch and we'll put it right. This doesn't affect your right to cancel above.
